Zifkin Real Estate Office Group recently completed six transactions totaling 10,648 square feet.

Lou Kahn & Brent Burden of Zifkin Real Estate Group represented the landlord in a lease for 4,700 square feet at 228 S. Wabash in Chicago. The tenant is The Cabet Group.

Brent Burden of Zifkin Real Estate Group represented the tenant, Infantino/Step 2 in a lease for 2,200 square feet at 566 W. Adams in Chicago.

Brent Burden of Zifkin Real Estate Group represented the landlord in a lease for 1,180 square feet at 1130 S. Wabash in Chicago. Shanin Burton of @Properties represented the tenant, Remy Hair Shop and Accessories.

Brent Burden of Zifkin Real Estate Group represented the landlord in a lease for 1,140 square feet at the Metropolitan Square in Des Plaines. There was no broker representing the tenant, Apollo Services.
