Chef John des Rosiers of Inovasi and Wisma "Spotlight Chef" for November
On Monday, November 7, Kiki Luthringshausen of Beauty and Her Feast will be featuring Chef John des Rosiers as her Spotlight Chef.

LAKE BLUFF, IL, October 14, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- This event is designed to showcase a premier chef, restaurateur or tastemaker in the "spotlight" for a talk show type of setting. Beauty and Her Feast will lead a 30 - 40 minute in-depth interview highlighting the talent and skill that brought chefs John des Rosiers to find and follow his culinary passion. Following the interview, guests will be treated to a special meal. Beauty and Her Feast is intrigued with what goes into "making a chef!" How do chefs end up in the kitchens they do? Who inspires the chef? What motivates the chef? The event will kick off at 6:15 pm with Cocktails, with the interview to follow at 7pm, followed by the three course dinner immediately after. Cost is $75 per person not including tax/ gratuity. A portion of the ticket sales from each Spotlight Chef will be donated to a charity chosen by the chef.
