LAKE BLUFF, IL, July 23, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- While most restaurants scrambled to get generators to keep the food in their restaurants from going bad, two restaurants in the Northern Illinois took the opportunity the power outage presented and donated 500 lb of food to the local food pantries and helped up to 700 local residents that had no power have a good meal. Wisma which has two locations(Libertyville and Lake Bluff) and Inovasi of Lake Bluff
saw that people were in need and offered the food to local pantries for the residents that had no power
to cook their meals. Power has been restored to most areas but some are still in the dark. The
generosity of these two businesses serves as an example of how business can support their community
in a time of need. On a happy note all three locations have their power back and are open for business
again.
