Rabine Group Moves into New Corporate Office Building in Schaumburg
Rabine Group National Headquarters has been relocated to larger, more business-friendly commercial space


SCHAUMBURG, IL, July 04, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Rabine Group, a regional and national service provider of paving, roofing and petroleum distribution services, has acquired and relocated to a 100,000-square-foot office building in Schaumburg, IL as a space for their National Corporate Headquarters. Approximately 60 Rabine Group employees including accounting, engineering, business development, marketing, IT and HR departments now occupy nearly 18,000-square-feet on the second floor of the building located at 900 National Parkway.

The recent purchase was spurred by continuous growth within all Rabine Group companies and national expansion with companies such as Rabine Paving America and UltraLot. With office spaces located in several locations over northern Illinois in areas including Richmond, Palatine and Mundelein, consolidating into one building allows for the Rabine Group team to work cohesively under the same roof.

"We are excited to finally be in a corporate space where we are proud to bring our customers, and provide a space for our employees to work efficiently with one another," says Rabine Group CEO Gary Rabine. The building's roof and parking lots will soon showcase the innovative products and services the Rabine Group companies offer, including asphalt, concrete and various roofing applications, allowing the new Rabine Group site to be used for demonstration as well as education.

With the renovation of an in-house auditorium that seats 40 people to be used for training and educational purposes now complete, Rabine Group will be hosting regular educational seminars for customers, alliance partners, Franchisees and others interested in learning more about hot industry topics and advancements. Rabine Group's on-staff industry experts make up Rabine University, and will share their vast knowledge of world-class paving, roofing and fuel distribution techniques, transforming the construction industry and putting themselves in an elite class of their own.
