This two-day course is an introduction to BLT's principles of leadership, self-awareness, business skills, and work-life balance; the whole of which defines a Conscious Leader and empowers organizations of any size with a creative approach to management.

BLT has incorporated unique assessment tools and principles into the Series to clearly help participants understand how to balance their lives and to become Conscious Leaders.
